Our highly skilled team are the liaison between our customers and their clients. We use a pet-centric, clinical framework, to provide triage and evidence-based advice to customers. We have a proven safety record for over 20 years. The framework maintains the quality and consistency of the services we offer.

As our growth continues across all sectors, we’re looking to add to our team of home based Registered Vet Nurses.

Working from the comfort of your own home, you will handle both in and outbound calls, providing peace of mind and reassurance to pet owners. By following our established call guides and clinical protocols you will be confident of delivering high quality advice and support to your clients, identifying issues and giving the right guidance about what to do next.

We have the following hours for you to select from;

Monday             1300-2000
Tuesday             1500-2000
Wednesday       1400-1900 & 1600-2200
Thursday           1500-2000
Friday                 1900-0000

Plus every other Saturday & Sunday from 1500-2200, or every Sunday from 1500-2200.

To succeed in this role you’ll have excellent verbal communication, and active listening, skills. You will have a strong customer focus and the ability to adapt your style to different personality types. As this is a remote role you’ll enjoy working on your own initiative, within a supportive, structured environment, and will be happy to multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively. You will also be ready to accept and adapt to changes in requirements naturally.

Main Responsibilities:

•Triage: Identify Pet Owner’s needs, clarify information, investigate and provide triage support and advice
•Specialist Helplines: Working closely with our clients, you will be able to focus on your specialities, such as behaviour, nutrition, and arthritis etc.

About You:

•RCVS registered, with experience in Small Animal Practice
•Strong verbal communication skills coupled with active listening skills
