We currently have weekend and evening/late shifts available.
Working from the comfort of your own home, providing peace of mind and reassurance to pet owners and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Following our established call guides and clinical protocols you will be confident of delivering high quality advice and support to your clients, identifying issues and giving the right guidance about what to do next.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have excellent verbal communication, and active listening, skills. A strong customer focus and the ability to adapt your style to different personality types.
As this is a remote role you’ll enjoy working on your own initiative, within a supportive, structured environment, and will be happy to multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively. You will also be ready to accept and adapt to changes in requirements naturally.
You’ll need to be a member of the RCVS and have previous triage experience; a veterinary expert who enjoys keeping abreast of the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences and seminars.
